In French, Dutch and English.
Can I buy a ticket on the spot ?
Yes, it is possible to buy tickets on site if the event is not sold out. We invite you to stay informed via our website and social networks.
Can I get a discount with the museum pass ?
Is the exhibition accessible by wheelchair ?
Yes, the location is fully accessible for people with limited mobility.
How long does a visit last ?
Allow at least one hour to visit the expo.
Do I need a COVID-certificate to enter ?
The Covid Safe Ticket and wearing a mask are no longer required since 07.03.2022
How do you get there ?
Address : Viage Digital Art Theatre, 30, boulevard Anspach – 1000 Brussels
By train : Get off at Brussel-Centraal train station. About 12 minutes’ walk from Brussel-Centraal
From Brussels Central Station: Walk to the Centraal Station stop, situated near ‘Putterij’ (1 min.). Take bus 66/71/29, in the direction of De Brouckère, get off at the De Brouckère stop (6 min.).
Take bus 86 in the direction of Machtens, get off at the De Brouckère stop (6 min.). Walk to Anspachlaan 30.
By car : A large part of the center of Brussels is car-free now, which can make it a challenge to find a parking space on the streets. There are several car parks within walking distance of Grand Casino Brussels Viage though.
Is there a souvenir shop ?
Yes there will be a shop so you can take a souvenir home.
Do you offer a rate for school groups / families ?
Yes we do. Check the ticket prices and our schools page. There is also a rate for families : 45€ for 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children (child = from 5 to 18 years).
What are your opening hours ?

Are you open during the school holidays?
We are open every day during school periods from 12:00 to 19:30.
Can I change the date or time of my visit?
You can change the date and time of your visit yourself.
- Click on the “View order online” link in your reservation confirmation email;
- Click on “Change time slot”;
- Choose the time slot you want to adjust (if you only have one reservation, there is only one choice);
- Choose a new date and time slot;
- Confirm by clicking “Yes, change”.
You can change this date a maximum of 3 times and a maximum of 3 hours before the chosen time slot.
How can I use my SNCB code ?
You will receive your 50% code directly on your ticket that will allow you to get to the central station.
Is the virtual reality experience included in the ticket?
No, it is not included.
Do you accept cash payments?
Are there any toilets?
Yes. There are also PMR toilets in the immersive zone.
Are there locker rooms?
No. However, if you have a large bag or suitcase you can use the Viage locker rooms from noon. We do not accept bags larger than a typical airline cabin bag ( maximum 55 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm, or 125 linear cm).
Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age but please keep in mind that “Viva Frida Kahlo” is an immersive exhibition with headphones. This experience is not suitable for babies and young children.
Can I bring my pet ?
Sorry but no.
